Service Item

 

In Service Item entry user can add, modify and delete Service Items.

 

How to select the option required for “Service Item”?

·         From Main Menu

o   Select MASTERS Menu

§  Select Accounts - Select Service Item 

 

Pre requisites for Party Entry

·         Masters: Account Heads

 

The modes available are

·         ADD/MODIFY/DELETE/VIEW / PRINT

 

ADD mode

·         *indicates mandatory fields

·         While entering the Service Items Software will not allow user to enter the same Service item Name.

 

MODIFY mode

·         In the VIEW mode if we click enter button on listbox at left hand side indicating all bill formulas in it, the focus will go to MODIFY Button, again press enter, we will be in modify mode OR

·         Click the modify of toolbar to Modify the record.

·         Modify the Enabled fields and click on SAVE of toolbar to update the record.

 

DELETE mode

·         Click the Delete of toolbar to delete the record.

 

VIEW mode

·         Default mode is VIEW.

 

PRINT mode

·         Click the Print of toolbar.

·         Then choose the proper selection Criteria and print the record.
