Account Lists

In Account lists user can view account information as per his/her requirement.

How to select the option required for “Account Lists”?

· From Main Menu

o Select Account Lists Menu

§ All Accounts

· Location wise Debtors List

· Credit Information

· Brand wise Item List

· T.C.S. Information

· Item wise Rates

Pre requisites for Bill Formula

· Account head Master

· Party Master

· Item Master

· Service Item Master

The modes available are

· MODIFY/VIEW

MODIFY mode

· In the Modify mode user can modify opening balances for Account head, Party only if Branch has been set globally.

VIEW mode

· User can view account information.
